Go to a good place that sells gears, sprockets, pulleys and belts – power distribution equipment. They will be able to tell you how to measure the belt for correct size, etc. If you want choices online, you might look at http://www.mscdirect.com

Mike and Stickman both have good answers. Most rural tractor supply stores carry a wide variety of belts, and of course, any business that caters to power transmission, will likely have what you need.

In addition to those, you might try your local auto parts store.

Now… the trick with any of these sources, is going to be getting the type of belt you need (flat, multi-groove, ‘V’, etc), and the size (width and length). If you have the old belt, you can take it when you go shopping, and find a match. If not, then you can run a piece of ribbon, string, a leather belt, etc.. around the pulleys, and mark where it meets. This will tell you the length you need. Then measure the width of the pulley it goes around, to see how wide the belt needs to be. If you don’t have the original belt, take a photo or two, of the pulleys along with the dimensions, when you go shopping.

You might choose something like this product, which is sold by the foot, at Rockler.com –
